2011 Full Year Dividend
The directors declared a fully franked dividend of 5 cents per share on 19 August 2011. The record date for the dividend was 15 September 2011 and the dividend was paid on 30 September 2011.
Direct Credit of Dividend Payments
Dividend payments can be paid directly to a nominated Australian financial
institution. Payments are electronically credited on the dividend payment
date and confirmed by payment advices mailed directly to the shareholder's

Tax File Numbers (TFN)
Globe is obliged to deduct tax from unfranked or partially franked dividends
paid to shareholders registered in Australia who have not provided their TFN
